In this advanced sketch course, you will sharpen your sketch writing in a class designed to simulate the experience of a professional writer’s room. You’ll pitch, write and edit a sketch every single week in class, as well as develop your own sketches at home! You’ll learn how to better write for actors, to translate your ideas onto the page and how to make your sketches the best they can be. It’s some high octane good times, as you hone your skills and develop your style as a writer. Over eight weeks you’ll build your portfolio of sketches!  

This class is for students who have completed Sketch 1: Fundamentals.

 This course runs for eight weeks, and meets once a week at ITS for 2.5 hours. This course is capped at 12 people per class.
