Natascha Flowers

Natascha offers a warm, inclusive and encouraging approach to her yoga classes. Combining creative, considered and playful sequencing, Natascha invites you to cultivate a sense of curiosity, compassion and courage both on and off the yoga mat.

Natascha is committed to creating a supportive, safe and calming space for all people in all bodies. She is currently undertaking “yoga for all” teacher training with Amber Karnes and Dianne Bondy to ensure her teaching is truly accessible to every body.

As well as a yoga teacher, Natascha is also an actor and social worker. She is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts, with a Bachelor of Dramatic Art, and she also holds a Master of Social Work from Monash University. Using her background in drama, movement and social work, Natascha has extensive experience facilitating creative, mindfulness and movement-based workshops in a range of community and clinical settings, including ‘Circle Up’ workshops with ITS teacher, Laura Hart.

When she is not teaching yoga and facilitating workshops, Natascha works as a trauma counsellor with Blue Knot Foundation, and is undertaking trauma-sensitive and mental health yoga teacher training with Sarah Ball.

Since completing her initial 200hr teacher training at Byron Yoga Centre, Natascha has completed further training at ‘BodyMindLife,’ and teaches regular classes at Sona Yoga in Randwick.
