Harriet Snaith

Harriet (she/her) grew up in the Southern Highlands and moved to Sydney in 2017 to pursue a career in the arts. Her early work included producing Gate64 at the United Solo Theatre Festival in New York, followed by Stepping Out at Chapel Off Chapel and Half Time at the Hayes Theatre. Harriet is the founder and director of UpStage Australia with her wife Jess and is also a freelance writer and artist. She has also worked at Sydney Theatre Company in various departments and was most recently the assistant company manager on the Australian national tour of Grease the Musical. With a passion for community-building and operational excellence, Harriet is focused on growing sustainable, artist-driven organisations.
