Time After Time

What happens when a single relationship is stretched across decades, memories, and moments in time?

Step into a captivating theatrical experience where one connection takes centre stage in an intergenerational, time-leaping improvised play. Guided by audience inspiration, performers create a completely original story that moves fluidly through different stages of life, revealing how people shape, and are shaped by, each other over time.

Family legacies, inherited beliefs, unspoken expectations, and recurring choices echo from one generation to the next, raising questions about what we pass on, what we carry with us, and what we choose to change. Through spontaneous storytelling, the play explores how relationships can both reinforce and break intergenerational cycles.

Time After Time is a show developed as part of the ITS Coming Up Incubator, which gives an emerging improviser, theatremaker or comedian the time and space to create a new show incorporating improvisation in some way.
