Spring Holidays Drama Workshop: 8-12 years

Come have some playful, silly fun at our 1-day Spring Drama Workshop these school holidays! Learn the skills of spontaneous creativity and collaboration, and the concept of “yes, and…” in a relaxed and supportive environment. Create fun and engaging characters, and make up stories on the spot! Get confident with skills explored in the classroom as part of the NSW Drama syllabus. Connect with like-minded students and have a ton of fun! 

Ages: 8-12 years

Thursday 9 Oct (1 day)

Times:

Drop-off time: 9:15 am | Pick-up time: 3:30 pm. The workshop will run 9:30 am – 3:30 pm, with a lunch break. 

There will be a short performance for family & friends, combining both age groups at 3 pm.

Performance on final day

A short performance for family & friends will take place at 3pm. The performance will bring together both age groups, in a fun and relaxed improvised showcase.

Where:

Improv Theatre Sydney, 45-55 Botany Rd, Redfern (There is 1 hour street parking available on Botany Rd for pick-up and drop off.)

Cost: $110 per person | Got a sibling? Every sibling gets a further $50 off the total fee. 

Price includes a 7.8% non-refundable booking fee.

What to bring

• Lunch and some healthy snacks (no nuts!)
• A water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
• An open mind and willingness to give things a go!

 We are at 44-54 Botany Road, Redfern, 2016
 ITS is wheelchair accessible, with one small step to get into the space.
 There is street parking in the streets surrounding the venue.
Redfern Station is a 10 minute walk away. Waterloo Metro is a 2 min walk.
