Maedeh (AKA Mae Da): My Body, My Choice!

A devout Muslim woman has lived her life adhering to rules and expectations. However, everything changes when she makes the unexpected decision to remove her headscarf (aka hijab). This choice sets off a chain reaction, with her family turning against her and pushing her to the verge of a breakdown. Despite the turmoil, one thing remains clear: her three-year-old son needs her.

Determined to power through for her son’s sake, Maedeh embarks on a journey where she encounters comedic and poignant moments.
