Nonsense and Sensibility is the social event of the season, allowing audiences to enter the loose and hilarious world of Jane Austen as interpreted by three esteemed individuals of good standing, one of whom has read multiple Austen novels.

Just as Mr Darcy emerged from the lake of his private estate, Caitlin, Liz and Rhys emerged from their 2023 Big Fork Theatre Cage Match victory (as Eric Bana Montana) and captured hearts at the 2024 Brisbane Improv Festival with Nonsense and Sensibility, showcasing Regency era tales that entertain Austen die-hards and newcomers alike.

Caitlin, Liz and Rhys have been performing improvised Jane Austen for two years, and are now bringing the interstate debut of Nonsense and Sensibility to ITS Comedy Fest! Do accept this exclusive invitation to witness some of Brisbane’s best and most eligible, title-holding improv talent.
