All By Myself with Marcel Blanch-de Wilt

THE WORKSHOP

Has your scene partner left you on stage to fend for yourself? Want to improvise but don’t have a team? Don’t panic! You can improvise alone.

Across this workshop we’ll explore techniques and approaches that will enhance your ability to think on your feet when you only have yourself to depend on. Perfect for folks looking for skills they can apply to sketch comedy, characters, stand-up, crowdwork, and audience participation.

“I wanted to get up on stage for ages, but fear kept me away. This workshop was the perfect way to get me over the mental barrier and onto the stage” – Zhanna

“Marcel is clearly extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about comedy. He facilitates a warm and fun space that gets the creative juices flowing. Well worth it!” – Chris

“Marcel is a rambunctious energetic teacher who is also a grouchy font of knowledge, though the classes deliver what they promise in an entertaining, engaging, and welcoming way, it’s often an acerbic lashing about “improvisers these days” that provides the real gem of knowledge” – Andrew
