This gentle hatha class is suitable for people in all bodies, of all levels of experience. You’ll be invited to move through a smooth, flowing yoga sequence that will support you to feel more grounded, open and calm.
We will move slowly through physical yoga poses, as well as breath and meditation practices. You will be guided to move safely in and out of yoga poses, and given options to modify each pose to serve you. Guided to listen to your body, you will practice moving and breathing mindfully while building strength and increasing your flexibility.
Whether you have no prior yoga experience, or lots of experience, you will have the opportunity to create more space, length and strength in your body, and ultimately a calmer, more peaceful mind.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
